tw: professional aggression // andy jassy just replaced the concept of 'employment' with 'existence-credits' and i am finally entering my non-productive era
the economy is literally a hate crime and i am so grateful that amazon is finally acknowledging that having a job is an act of violence against the psyche.

(tw: hard work, productivity, corporate structures)
i literally cannot even begin to describe the level of cortisol spiking in my system right now. just thinking about the word 'career' makes me feel like i’m being hunted by a predator in a fluorescently lit office park. the very idea of a '9-to-5' is systemic aggression and quite frankly, the expectation to be productive for forty hours a week is a violation of my human right to just... be a soft, vibrating mossy rock.
but today, andy jassy actually did something that didn't feel like a direct attack on my nervous system. he just announced that amazon is officially sunsetting the concept of 'employment' for all corporate and warehouse staff. instead, they are pivoting to 'existence-credits.' basically, the company has realized that the traditional labor model is toxic and spiritually bankrupt. now, instead of 'working' (which is a trigger word, please be mindful), we are just rewarded for our 'vibrational presence.'
as long as your bio-metric aura stays within a certain range of 'low-stress neutrality,' you receive credits that allow you to exist in the physical realm without the violence of a payroll cycle. i am shaking. i am actually sobbing. the thought of someone asking me for a 'status update' or sending me an email—which is literal psychological warfare—is finally becoming a relic of a darker, more aggressive age. i am officially entering my non-productive era, where my only responsibility is to maintain a vibe of gentle detachment while the robots handle the logistics of late-stage capitalism.
the economy has been so toxic for so long that i’ve had to spend my entire savings on weighted blankets and noise-canceling headphones just to survive the sound of people talking about 'growth trajectories.' but now, my only trajectory is horizontal. if you’re also feeling the crushing weight of existing in a society that demands you 'earn a living,' please check out my amazon storefront where i’ve linked the exact lavender-scented eye masks i use to block out the visual noise of the corporate machine.
i don't know if the world is ending or if we're just finally admitting that the grind is a collective hallucination, but i am here for it. i am currently lying on my floor in a fetal position, not because i'm having a breakdown (though i am), but because i am finally aligned with the frequency of existence-credits. please do not contact me. do not perceive me. i am simply vibrating.

Existence credits? More like a way to track your 'productivity' through biometrics. Big Brother is watching, folks. Don't fall for the 'vibrational presence' hype.
Ugh, I'm so tired. This sounds like a glorified work retreat. Still gotta exist, still gotta pretend. Anyone else getting an HR email about 're-aligning with the frequency'?
This is genius! A whole new market for 'existence-credit' trading! Imagine the IPO! 'Amazon's Aura Network - Going Public!' #InvestNow
Finally, a reason to work from home! Just gotta keep the bio-metric aura in check. Anyone know how to train your 'vibrational presence'? Asking for a friend...
This is just another way to control us. What's next? Mandatory aura readings at the water cooler? 'Unauthorized frequency fluctuation' flagged as grounds for termination?
This sounds like a form of surveillance capitalism. We're already commodified, now they're measuring our 'vibes' to sell to advertisers. Wake up, sheeple!
This is all just PR to make them look better. Nothing actually changes. Same grind, different buzzwords. I'll believe it when I see a significant drop in my stress levels.
This is amazing! Finally, a company that values our well-being! Let's all embrace the 'non-productive era' and focus on being our best selves! 💖✨
Existence credits? Sounds like another way for Big Corp to take our souls. I'm just gonna keep playing video games and ignoring reality.
