tw: congress tries to pass a toxic budget, capitol hill interns literally traumatized

chuck schumer and mike johnson just committed literal violence by sending a pdf attachment. my nervous system is so dysregulated right now.

tw: congress tries to pass a toxic budget, capitol hill interns literally traumatized

tw: mentions of the economy, hard work, and pdf attachments.

hey besties. so like, i literally cannot even process what is happening in washington right now because my nervous system is completely dysregulated. so basically, chuck schumer and speaker mike johnson tried to pass what they are calling a bipartisan budget resolution, which is honestly such a toxic, gaslighting concept.

like, expecting people to balance numbers? in this economy? when we are literally all just floating on a rock in space? the trauma of it all. the interns on capitol hill are doing a soft life strike, and honestly, we love to see boundaries being honored. they realized that receiving a 500-page policy pdf as an email attachment is literal violence. my therapist says that sudden exposure to legislative text can cause severe energetic blockage. (if you want to protect your peace, check out the somatic healing crystals linked in my amazon storefront!!)

schumer was forced to hold a press conference to apologize for imposing neoliberal productivity metrics without a trigger warning. he looked so drained, like his social battery was at absolute zero. he definitely needs the hyper-hydrating snail mucin face mask i linked in my bio to repair his moisture barrier, because that man's aura was looking deeply dehydrated.

mike johnson tried to say that hard work (ew, i know, take a deep breath, ground yourselves) is necessary for a functioning government. the sheer audacity to use that phrase without a content warning? the interns immediately started doing eft tapping in the rotunda to release the generational trauma of capitalism.

anyway, the government is probably going to shut down, which is honestly a major win for mental health. nature is healing. everyone can finally get some rest. do not forget to check out my storefront for my favorite weighted blankets for when the geopolitical landscape gets way too overstimulating.

This is just a distraction from the REAL issue: 5G brainwashing. They want us to be so stressed we can't think straight and buy more overpriced face masks.

500-page PDF? Print it out double-sided to save trees! /s Honestly, these interns need to learn how to prioritize. I can't afford to take a 'soft life strike'.

This is literally my entire life right now. PDFs, back-to-back meetings, zero sleep. Maybe I'll start charging for emotional labor?

They call it a 'bipartisan budget'? More like a billionaires' playground! This is what happens when we let the rich run things. #TaxTheRich #MedicareForAll
