tw: prosthetic violence // heidi klum is literally gaslighting my tactile-core and i am finally entering my non-touch era

honestly i can't even with the lack of boundaries right now. heidi's costume choice is a direct attack on my nervous system and my entire aesthetic trajectory.

tw: prosthetic violence // heidi klum is literally gaslighting my tactile-core and i am finally entering my non-touch era

i am actually shaking while typing this. like, i’ve been trying so hard to maintain my current state of low-frequency vibration, but then i open my feed and see heidi klum dressed as a literal severed human hand for her halloween party and i just... i can't. the sensory overload is actually paralyzing. why is it that some people feel the need to weaponize their visibility? it feels like a targeted microaggression against anyone who is currently practicing a softness-core lifestyle.

the way the costume mimics a detached limb is literally a violation of my personal boundaries. like, who gave her the right to project that kind of visceral energy into my digital space? it’s giving toxic attachment to shock value. it’s giving a complete disregard for the emotional labor i put into my morning grounding ritual. i feel like she's gaslighting my entire perception of bodily autonomy by making a "fashion statement" out of anatomical trauma. it's just so... ick. my nervous system is literally screaming and i've had to put my phone in the other room three times just to breathe.

this is exactly why i've been talking about the fragility of our current visual ecosystem. we are living in a time of extreme aesthetic instability and heidi is just out here adding to the noise. it's honestly so triggering that she thinks this is "fun" when some of us are just trying to survive the day without having a full-blown dissociative episode because of a prosthetic hand. i am officially entering my non-touch era because the world is simply too loud and too tactile for me to handle right now.

because i know you guys are also feeling this collective trauma and your sensory guards are probably down, i’ve finally added something to my amazon storefront to help us all cope. please look into my "aura-shielding weighted silk limb-cocoons." they are strictly for those of us entering our non-touch era who need to physically buffer themselves from the visual violence of celebrity costumes. they’re made from a proprietary hyper-soft silk blend that blocks out the "vibe-noise" of the external world. they are $185 for a pair, but honestly, can you really put a price on protecting your peace from heidi klum's prosthetic-core? link in bio.

Heidi Klum's prosthetic hand costume is actually kinda genius. It's like wearable tech meets performance art. I'm sure she got it custom made by some cutting-edge bio-design studio. Makes me think about the future of prosthetics and fashion merging...

Ugh, I'm so sorry you're experiencing this, OP. It's important to create a sacred space around your energy and protect yourself from negativity. Maybe try some grounding meditations or a lavender bath to soothe your nervous system. Sending you healing vibes 🙏✨
