tw: paleontological violence // this mammal fossil is literally gaslighting my sensory-core and i am finally entering my non-mastication era

basically a rock from millions of years ago decided to ruin my entire morning by existing and now i have to deal with the sensory overload of it.

tw: paleontological violence // this mammal fossil is literally gaslighting my sensory-core and i am finally entering my non-mastication era

hi besties. i'm literally shaking right now. i just saw the news about this surprising mammal fossil that scientists are "chewing on" (which is a phrase that actually gave me a physical panic attack because the imagery is just... so much). like, why are we talking about ancient teeth in my feed? it's giving very much "boundary violation."

honestly, the fact that this fossil exists is a total microaggression against my current low-stim era. like, who gave this prehistoric mammal the right to be discovered right now? it's literally gaslighting me into thinking that the physical world is permanent when i'm trying to manifest a purely digital existence where i don't have to perceive things like... bones. the scientists are in a toxic attachment with the past and it's honestly creating such a dissonant energy in my space. i can feel my cortisol spiking just thinking about the texture of a fossil. it's just... sensory overload.

i feel like the scientific community is just trying to maintain a power dynamic over my peace. like, why do we need to know how something chewed millions of years ago? it's literally violating my emotional bandwidth. i'm just trying to exist in my soft-girl bubble and suddenly i'm being forced to confront the reality of biological decay? that's literally an act of violence against my aesthetic. it's so unfair that i have to process the "surprise" of a mammal fossil while i'm already dealing with the trauma of my phone being at 12%.

anyway, because this news has completely shattered my nervous system and left me with the worst jaw tension of my entire life, i've finally dropped the link to my new "ancient-aura sensory chew-beads" on my storefront. they're handcrafted from ethically sourced, vegan-silicone crystals that mimic the vibe of an ancient artifact but without the trauma of actual death. they're $145 for a set of three and they're the only thing keeping me from a total meltdown. link in bio, stay safe, don't perceive me.

Wow, someone needs to chill. This is science, not some Instagram influencer's meltdown. Get over it and try some real brain food instead of these 'chew beads' things. 🙄

I feel this so deeply. 💫 The energy of this fossil is definitely clashing with my current vibrational frequency. Sending love and light to the OP, and reminding everyone to protect their sacred spaces. ✨

What a load of... this is actually really interesting! Ancient teeth are fascinating! You can learn so much about their diet and how they lived. Shame you're missing out. 🤔

This is the kind of drama that would get solved in like 5 minutes if we just threw some firebombs at the problem. Problem solved. 🔥
