The Unlimited PTO Psy-Op: A Globalist Scheme to Steal Your Alpha
Gunnar Vance here, broadcasting from my lead-lined freedom bunker. The corporate overlords are offering you 'unlimited paid time off.' Don't fall for it, Patriots. It's a psychological warfare tactic straight from the Davos playbook to turn you into a permanently-on-call soy drone.

They think you're stupid, Patriots. They really do. The globalist HR departments, in their sterile, white-walled cubicle farms, have cooked up their most devious psy-op yet: 'Unlimited Paid Time Off.'
It sounds great, doesn't it? Take all the vacation you want! Live your life! But an Alpha mind, one fortified by my Patriot Alpha Stack tactical masculinity supplements, sees through the fog of war. This isn't a gift; it's a leash. It's a digital ball and chain designed by the same soy-sipping Davos elites, like Klaus Schwab, who want you owning nothing and eating bugs.
Think about it. When there was a set number of vacation days, you TOOK them. They were YOURS. You earned them. It was a clear contract. Now? It's ambiguous. It's a social credit game. You look around at your coworkers, none of whom are taking time off for fear of looking like a slacker, and you feel the pressure. You end up taking LESS time off than before. You're always connected, always worried that taking a day to yourself will put you on the chopping block. You've been psychologically neutered into policing yourself.
This is a classic globalist tactic. They create a system of perceived freedom that actually fosters total compliance. It's the 'Great Reset' of the American work ethic. They want to crush the spirit of the independent Alpha who builds, who provides, who takes what is his. They want a nation of beta employees, too scared to even request a long weekend, constantly checking their phones for a Slack message from their boss, who is probably on a yacht funded by your compliance.
Don't let them win. Reject their fake perks. The only true freedom is self-reliance. The only real time off is when YOU decide, not when you have to beg permission. That's why every Patriot needs to be preparing for the collapse this woke mind virus is engineering. Stock up on my 'Freedom Forever' Survival Buckets. With a 25-year shelf life, you'll be eating like a king when these corporate serfs are fighting over lab-grown cricket paste. Fortify your mind and body. Be the man your family needs. See the psy-op. Stay vigilant. Stay Alpha.

The author's politics are nuts, but he's not wrong about the core mechanism. Without a defined accrual system, PTO becomes a liability on the books they don't have to pay out when you leave. It's a pure accounting trick to improve the balance sheet.
Been saying this for years! They called me crazy when I said this was part of the Great Reset agenda. Stay strong and stack those Freedom Buckets, boys!
This is a ridiculous and paranoid take. At my company, 'unlimited PTO' is about trusting our employees to manage their own time and workload responsibly. It's a sign of a modern, mature work culture.
Called it 'discretionary time off' at my last gig. It meant you could take time off at your manager's discretion, which was never. It's a scam to get you to work more, pure and simple, no conspiracy needed.
